Nissan has handed over the keys to a Leaf to the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson. With the Spring 2011 launch of London's city-wide plug-in vehicle membership scheme, Source London, it's fitting to have at least one Leaf on hand. Through Source London, Johnson champions plug-in vehicles and will supposedly install 1,300 public-use chargers across the sprawling city by the end of 2013. Upon receiving the Leaf, Johnson stated:
