Graco will recall several models of car seats to providing owners with missing or misplaced labels.
The Department of Transportation is fining Graco $10 million for delaying its recall of 6.1 million car seats last year. The safety campaign began because latches on some of the company's products could be very difficult to unfasten, which could put children in danger.
Collectively, the 6.1 million seats comprise the largest recall of children's car seats in U.S. history.
The federal agency charged with keeping motorists safe on U.S. roads is investigating whether child car-seat manufacturer Graco delayed in recalling millions of defective car seats.
