The Cigarette Racing stand at the Miami Boat Show this morning hosted the latest in the eight-year collaboration between Mercedes-AMG and Cigarette Racing: the AMG GT S parked next to the fast-boat it inspired, the Cigarette Racing 50 Marauder GT S Concept.
Mercedes-AMG partners with Cigarette Racing for a fifth time on a boat to tie in with the AMG GT. We don't have any details yet beyond the rendering, but come February 12 at the Miami Boat Show, you can expect another high-horsepower water-borne rocket to wear AMG branding.
Mercedes-Benz and Cigarette Racing have quite a history of teaming up to create some truly impressive marine machines. We've seen Cigarette boats inspired by the Black Series line, the SLS AMG E-Cell, even the pugnacious G63 AMG. So, it's not a huge surprise that the automaker and boat-builder have joined forces yet again, this time on the occasion of the Miami International Boat Show.
Cigarette Racing has another Mercedes-Benz AMG-themed boat headed out to sea. After The SLS AMG-inspired 46-foot Rough Rider in 2010 and the C63 AMG Black Series-inspired 50-foot Marauder in 2012, this year's Miami Boat Show will introduce the 42-foot Huntress, theme provided by the G63 AMG.
