Not all cars earn the same safety ratings
Today's cars, trucks, crossovers and sport utility vehicles are safer than ever before. And that has led organizations like the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety to come up with tougher tests to find out which vehicles are the absolute safest on American roads.
Of all the vehicles sold new in the United States in 2015, there are a total of 20 that managed only a poor rating in at least one crash test from the IIHS.
