Jeep Patriot - Help with largest AT tires

Hey y'all. I'm a giant dummy, so please forgive me while I learn basic things. My 2016 patriot is my first jeep. I got the RRO lift for it and now it's time for bigger AT tires. Size being recommended by the tire place is 265/60/R18

Is that the absolute biggest I can go? Even though it'll sound stupid, I want the biggest, chunkiest, beefiest, mean looking tire that can fit without rubbing now that the jeep's lifted. Does going down to 17 or 16 make a difference? The only vehicle I've ever had was a chevy sonic hatchback, so tires and wheels never ever ever came to my mind.

CURRENT tire size

205/70R16 = 27.3x8.1R16

Thanks.

I forgot to add that I was looking at the Falken WildPeak A/T3W, or the BFGoodrich® All-Terrain T/A KO2, or the Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac. Good, or no?
