Pontiac Montana SV6 Owner Reviews (2)
Never buy another GM car.
This car has given me more problems that my last four cars. I have had a drivers side rear door rattle since I bought the car and have had it in to the dealer numerous times with no help. Had a loud banging in the right front end as long as the other and they have finally figured out what was wrong, a new strut fixed it after having it two weeks, which is what I asked the second time back could it be this and told no. I am on my third generator also. Very hard to ride in the second row because the seats are not wide enough, they are very narrow. The car is white and have had to have the side moldings replaced twice because they turned yellow. My rating for this vehicle is very poor, have been a strong GM person since I have been able to drive and am now thinking of switching to Chrysler.

Best all around Minivan..Pontiac should have kept it!
Great Minivan; but the folks at Pontiac did a lousy marketing job. We've had other minivans & also rented & driven a variety of current 06s & 07s. They pale in comparison. We know our Montana is a keeper; besides the way it handles, it has great features & more interior room, gets better mileage & looks tons better than the other contenders. Too bad Pontiac left the Montana out of the new lineup. We'd buy another in a flash.
Love my Van
This is my 4th minivan, 3rd from Pontiac. All have given good service. I like the new design for 2005, inside and out. Vehicle has been great. Comfortabl and reliable. Would like softer armrests for front doors like in old moldels. Would also like fold into floor rear seats but these at least fold flat and floor bins have been useful. Kids love the std. DVD. They expect a movie everywhere we go so careful what you wish for. I recommend this van for those looking for simple, sporty minivan
