The Legacy is Subaru's full-time all-wheel drive entry in the hotly contended midsize sedan segment. With the roomiest interior, best fuel economy and longest list of amenities in the Legacy's long history, the new refined Legacy adds comfort and luxury to your trip, whether it be on-road or off. The Legacy is powered by one of two engines a 182-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder or a 260-hp 2.4-liter turbocharged six-cylinder both mated to a eight-speed CVT transmission. Trim specific standard equipment includes 17- or 18-inch aluminum wheels, LED headlights, daytime running and front fog lights, heated mirrors with turn signal indicators, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, SiriusXM satellite radio, Bluetooth, an 11.6-inch touchscreen display, STARLINK internet access, real-time traffic display, STARLINK emergency SOS and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity. Safety features such as eight airbags, a rear view camera, stability control and 4-wheel anti-lock brakes with brake assist and hill hold control, Lane Centering steering assist and the EyeSight safety system that includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Pre-Collision Throttle Management, Lane Keep Assist, and Pre-Collision Braking are standard. The Limited trims get heated rear seats, leather upholstery, a suplemental heater, 12 harman/kardon speakers, a 576W amplifier, the Subaru Rear/Side Vehicle Detection (SRVD) and Reverse Automatic Braking while LimitedXT and TouringXT add a power sunroof, integrated navigation system with voice activation and DriverFocus driver attention alert. There are only 3 changes on the Subaru Legacy as it moves into 2021, adaptive headlights are now standard while a rear seat warning feature has been added and a passenger seatbelt warning.
