The BMW X5 M expands on the X5 model lineup, introducing exclusive features and legendary BMW M power to an already impressive sports activity vehicle. With an emphasis on dynamic performance and a more aggressive styling, the X5 M will appeal to the enthusiast looking to make a unique statement. The 5-passenger X5 M is powered by a 4.4-liter M TwinPower turbo V8 engine, generating 567 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque. An eight-speed Sport automatic transmission with manual mode and paddle shifters is standard, along with BMW's xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive system. The X5 M boasts standard features that include a sport suspension, 21-inch forged aluminum wheels, LED adaptive headlights, heated front M sport seats, leather upholstery, 4-zone climate control, satellite radio, Bluetooth wireless connectivity/audio streaming, 2 USB ports, smartphone integration and a voice-activated navigation system with 12.30-inch LCD monitor. Safety features on every X5 M include 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, Dynamic Stability Control with traction control and rollover sensor, BMW Assist, front and rear parking sensors, surround view cameras including a rearview camera, as well as six airbags. The BMW X5 gets a few changes for 2021, the xDrive50i is no longer available, a new hybrid xDrive45e was added, and Apple CarPlayAndroid Auto connectivity is now standard.
