2021 BMW X3 M

The BMW X3 M expands on the X3 lineup, introducing exclusive features and legendary BMW M power to its versatile Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV), with an emphasis on dynamic performance it blends all-road capability and utility with athletic car-like performance and handling. The X3 M is powered by a 3.0-liter twin turbo six-cylinder engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. The Competition trim boosts the horsepower from 473-hp to 503-hp adding power to the X3 M. Standard equipment on the X3 M includes 20-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated sport front seats, leather upholstery, rear camera, and a power liftgate. The Competition trim adds head-up display and 21-inch wheels. Additional safety-related features on all trims include front and rear parking sensors, adaptive LED headlights with high-beam assist, LED fog lights, an alarm system, Active Protection forward collision, rear collision mitigation, blind spot and lane departure warning. For 2021, the BMW X3 adds more standard features including Android Auto smartphone connectivity, SiriusXM satellite radio and a larger infotainment screen. Active Driving Assistant package now comes standard and includes lane-departure warning and blind-spot monitoring. The plug-in hybrid xDrive30e and the M40i models both receive standard a digital gauge display.
