2021 BMW M850

The BMW 8-series has retaken its status at the top of the BMW model range with a wide selection of bodystyles and powertrain choices to cover everyone's needs. The M850i xDrive is available in either a two-door coupe or convertible powered by a 523-hp 4.4-liter twin-turbo V-8 mated to a paddle shifted eight-speed Steptronic automatic transmission and all-wheel drive with rear bias. Standard features include multi-function power heated and cooled front seats, LED headlights with BMW Laserlight high-beam technology, 20-inch alloy wheels with run-flat performance tires, Adaptive M Suspension, four-wheel steering, active sway control, Comfort Access, harman/kardon audio system, WiFi hotspot, front collision protection and Apple CarPlay compatibility to name a few. Some options include neck warmers in the convertible, remote engine start, active cruise control, traffic jam assistant, blind spot detection, lane departure warning, racetrack cooling package and carbon fiber roof for the coupe, night vision and a Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system. For 2021, the BMW 8-series lineup returns with no major changes except some aesthetics refreshes.
