2021 BMW M235 Gran Coupe
The 2-series is a premium compact with typical BMW refinement and balanced performance, the M235 Gran Coupe increases power and handling. The M235 Gran Coupe is powered by a 301-hp 2.0L intercooled turbo 4-cylinder engine mated by an eight-speed automatic transmission. Standard features include 18-inch aluminum wheels, LED daytime running lights, dual-zone automatic climate control, tracker system and an auto-dimming day-night rear view mirror. The M235 Gran Coupe is loaded with standard tech like an AM/FM/HD/Satellite radio, Bluetooth connectivity, an 8.8-inch display screen, integrated navigation with voice activation, Advanced Real Time Traffic Information, BMW Assist eCall, Apple CarPlay Compatibility, 4 USB Ports and 10-speakers. Safety features such as front and rear Park Distance Control parking sensors, Lane Departure Warning, Active Blind Spot Detection, Frontal Collision Warning with City Collision Mitigation, cross-traffic alert rear, daytime pedestrian detection, and speed limit info are all standard. Many optional features can also be added such as a panoramic moonroof, a remote engine starter, a harman/kardon surround sound system, wireless charging, and Live Cockpit Pro w/Navi. A Shadowline Package contains 18-inch M Forged V-spoke wheels, black mirror caps, extended Shadowline trim and M Performance Package while the Premium Package has a heated steering wheel, universal garage door opener, heated front seats, adaptive full LED lights, head-up display and Live Cockpit Pro w/Navi. A separate Parking Assist Package with a Parking Assistant, Active Park Distance Control and rear view camera is also available. For 2021, the BMW 2-series remains essentially unchanged while a new generation 2-series is anticipated for 2022.
