2019 Nissan Murano

The 2019 Nissan Murano crossover SUV is known for its rakish lines that make it look bigger than it is, and a plush ride that makes it feel bigger, too.

The front-wheel-drive Murano is available with all-wheel drive, but it's not meant for off-road adventures-it's an urban adventurer. It's powered by a potent and proven 260-horsepower 3.5-liter V-6, paired to a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT), with a supple ride and sublime, comfortable front seats.

For 2019 the Murano gets standard LED headlights, plus new taillights and wheels. Inside it gets upgraded infotainment with an 8.0-inch touchscreen.

The EPA rates the Murano at 20 mpg city, 28 highway, 23 combined on regular fuel, with either front- or all-wheel drive. The 2019 Murano hasn't been fully crash-tested, but the 2018 model earned five stars overall from the NHSTA in all-wheel-drive configuration, while the front-drive model scored four stars.
