The Dodge Durango is a full-size SUV with stable handling and impressive good looks. Inside is a quiet, roomy, and comfortable cabin. Available with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive the Durango includes either a 293-hp or 295-hp 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 as standard and has an available 360-hp Hemi 5.7-liter V8 engine. The 5.7L Hemi engine comes standard with the R/T trim. The SRT trim includes a 475-hp Hemi 6.4-liter V8 engine and an electro-mechanical limited slip differential. Both Hemis includes the Multiple Displacement System (MDS) for better fuel economy. An 8-speed automatic transmission is matched with all engines. The Durango is offered in five models: SXT, GT, Citadel, R/T, and SRT. The Durango can seat up to seven passengers with a folding third-row seat and either a split-bench or bucket for the second row. Standard safety features include electronic stability control, six airbags, and active head restraints. Available features include HID headlamps, a premium radio with Garmin navigation and DVD, a rear seat entertainment system, leather upholstery, and a trailer tow package.
