2017 Volvo S60 Cross Country
The Volvo S60 Cross Country is a sporty, dynamic sedan combining excellent performance and great versatility. For 2017 the five-cylinder engine and six-speed auto are no longer available. The S60 Cross Country is available as an all-wheel drive T5. It includes a direct-injected turbocharged 240-hp 2.0-liter Drive-E four-cylinder engine coupled with an 8-speed Geartronic automatic transmission and Start/Stop technology. Adding go-anywhere capability to the S60s' sporty all-weather control the Cross Country includes increased ground clearance, skid plates, bodyside cladding, fender extensions, and higher profile tires. Standard equipment includes dynamic stability traction control (DSTC) with advanced stability control, and corner traction control with torque vectoring. Safety features include City Safety, whiplash protection front headrests (WHIPS), anti-lock brakes, and six airbags. A power moonroof, Sirius satellite radio, Volvo Sensus infotainment system, premium harman/kardon audio, navigation system, keyless drive, rear camera, and Bluetooth with audio streaming are standard. The T5 Platinum includes leather upholstery. Volvos' commitment to safety includes features such as park assist, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, collision warning with full auto brake, driver alert, active high beam, and road sign information. The Volvo S60 Cross Country sedan is a carryover for the 2017 model year with a change in the powerteam.
