2016 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLA

The Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class is a premium compact SUV. It offers an ideal mix of on- and off-road capability, ideal suburbon size and efficient highway cruising. The GLA is a four-door, rear liftgate, seats five, compact SUV, with an available all-wheel drive system suited for light off-road use. It is available in GLA250 and GLA45 AMG. The GLA250 uses a 208-hp 2.0-liter engine and seven-speed automatic transmission to send power to the front wheels (FWD) or all wheels (4MATIC). The GLA45 AMG is only available with the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system, but is equipped with a 375-hp 2.0-liter engine. The GLA250 comes well equipped with 18-inch wheels, rain-sensing windshield wipers, a choice of MB-Tex interior surfaces as well as ambient interior lighting, HD radio with Bluetooth hands-free connectivity and audio streaming, a 14-way power driver seat with memory, split-folding rear seats and a power liftgate. The GLA45 AMG is all about performance and features available AMG performance seats and steering wheel, red-painted rear calipers, an aerodynamic package and rear deck lid spoiler. The GLA-Class gets several improvements for 2016 a 7-inch display replaces the standard 5.8 inch one from last year, while keyless start and dual-zone climate control are also new standard items.
