2016 Ford Transit-250

The Ford Transit-250 cargo vans are built on a rugged platform and offer large interiors with vast cargo capacities. The Ford Transit-250 can be outfitted with a variety of engines ranging from a 275-hp 3.7-liter V6; or a 310-hp 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6; lastly a 185-hp 3.2-liter Powerstroke I-5 diesel. All engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Standard features include four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, electronic traction and stability control, underbody full-size spare, air-conditioning, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, front McPherson struts and stabilizer bar, and variable intermittent wipers. The cargo van is available in the regular or in the extended length version. Available equipment on the Transit-250 includes satellite radio, SYNC, a trailer towing package, an integrated trailer brake controller, a back-up camera system, and navigation system. The 2016 Ford Transit-250 is now standard with a rear camera and seat-mounted side-airbags.
