2013 Lancer Sportback Photos
The Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback builds on the stylish and popular Lancer sedan, offering more versatility with a rear liftgate and enhanced cargo capacity. The five-passenger front-wheel drive Lancer Sportback is available in two trims - ES and GT. The ES is powered by a 148-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, while the GT gets a 168-hp 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine; both are mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The value-oriented ES trim is equipped with 16-inch wheels, air conditioning, cruise control and a CD player with MP3 capability. The GT trim adds a sport-tuned suspension, 18-inch aluminum wheels, fog lights, automatic climate control, FAST-key passive entry/start system and Bluetooth wireless connectivity, along with Mitsubishi's FUSE hands-free communication system, including voice-activated audio streaming and a USB port. Standard safety features on all Lancer Sportback models include stability and traction control systems, 4-wheel anti-lock brakes with brake assist and a tire pressure monitor, as well as front, front side-impact, overhead curtain and driver knee airbags. The Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback carries over with minor changes for 2013. New value-oriented option packages are offered, upgrading both exterior and interior elements.
