2012 Aston Martin DB9

The Aston Martin DB9 is a high-performance ultra-luxury coupe and Volante convertible. Often praised for its sensuous styling and precise handling, the DB9 is also known for having one of the most distinctive exhaust notes in any sports car. The Aston Martin DB9 is powered by a 6.0-liter V-12 engine that has 470 horsepower and 443 pounds-feet of torque. There are two transmission options: a standard six-speed manual gearbox and an available Touchtronic II six-speed automatic. Standard features include an adaptive suspension system, 19-inch alloy wheels, automatic climate control, heated leather power seats with memory, six-disc audio system with navigation and satellite radio, Bluetooth wireless connectivity and parking sensors. A wide variety of wheel designs, paint colors, wood trims and interior trim colors can be specified. A thirteen speaker, 1000-watt Bang & Olufsen BeoSound audio system is available. The new Luxury Edition features pearlescent Morning Frost paint, Touchtronic II transmission, forged alloy wheels, silver brake calipers, silver grilles and piano black trim. The Sport Edition, available in either Carbon Black or Quantum Silver, includes Touchtronic II transmission, gloss black painted forged alloy wheels, black grilles, graphite tail pipes, perforated seat inners, silver stitching, polished glass switchgear, piano black trim and a re-mapped sports exhaust providing an even more evocative sound when driving spiritedly. Two new trims are available for 2012, the Luxury Edition and the Sport Edition.
