2008 Mitsubishi Galant

2008 Galant Photos
The Mitsubishi Galant represents a viable option when considering mid-size sedans. It does everything reasonably well and is enjoyable to drive. The Galant is a front-wheel-drive sedan with a 160 hp 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder engine, 230 hp 3.8-liter V-6, or 258 hp 3.8-liter V-6 with variable-valve timing. A four-speed automatic transmission comes with the I-4 engine and a five-speed automatic comes with the V-6s. New this year, all the transmissions come with manual-shift mode. Available trims are: DE, ES, and Ralliart. The standard safety features include a tire pressure monitoring system and front-, side-, and side-curtain airbags totaling six airbags throughout the car. For 2008, the Mitsubishi Galant loses its GTS trim and receives two new color options.
