2007 Jeep Liberty
The Jeep Liberty offers a good compromise between road-worthiness and off-highway capability for a compact SUV. The Liberty can seat up to 5 passengers. It comes available in two trim levels: Sport and Limited Edition. Each is offered with two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. The standard engine in all Liberty models is a 3.7-liter V6. A six-speed manual transmission is standard in Sport. A four-speed automatic is optional on the Sport and standard on Limited. Standard on all models is an Electronic Stability Program, Anti-lock brakes, all-speed traction control, a four-wheel Brake Traction Control System, Electronic Roll Mitigation, and Brake Assist. For 2007, The Jeep Liberty drops its Renegade trim and diesel engine. It gains electronic stability control and a tire pressure monitoring system.
