2006 Chevrolet SSR
The Chevrolet SSR is a pick-up truck that is marketed towards retro enthusiasts. It combines the styles of an open top roaster and a hot rod truck. The SSR is a two-seat, rear-wheel drive pick-up truck that is reminiscent of old classic trucks. It has a convertible hard top and is based off of the TrailBlazer platform. 19-inch front and 20-inch rear aluminum rims are wrapped in Goodyear performance tires to add to the SSR's sporty design. It is powered by a 400 hp 6.0-liter LS2 V-8 engine that is mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Safety features include four-wheel all-disc antilock brakes and front-/side-impact airbags. For 2006, the Chevrolet SSR gets a power increase.
