Overview

The Subaru Impreza is available as a sedan or hatchback in the compact market segment, loaded with features at a reasonable price point. The All-Wheel-Drive system by Subaru provides traction for the 152-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to either a five-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed continuously variable transmission (CVT) with paddle shifters. Trim specific standard equipment includes 16- or 18-inch aluminum wheels, heated mirrors, heated front seats, SiriusXM satellite radio, Aha/Pandora Internet radio, Bluetooth, an 6.5- or 8-inch touchscreen display, STARLINK emergency SOS and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity. Safety features such as seven airbags, a rear view camera, stability control and 4-wheel anti-lock brakes with brake assist and hill hold control are standard. The Sport Sedan as well as the Premium and Limited Trims come standard with the EyeSight safety system the includes Lane Keep Assist, Pre-Collision Throttle Management, Pre-Collision Braking and driver attention Sway Warning Alert while the Limited edition for both body styles adds Blind Spot Detection (BSD), and Reverse Automatic Braking. The Impreza returns for 2021 with minimal changes.
