2020 Ford Escape SE 4dr Front-Wheel Drive

Overview

The Ford Escape is a mid-size sport-utility vehicle, which incorporates the latest technology and style; setting a high standard in the SUV category. The five-passenger escape returns with a hybrid model for 2020, and will come in S, SE, SE Sport Hybrid, SEL, Titanium and Titanium Hybrid trims. Engine choices start with a 180-hp 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine, followed by a 250-hp 2-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine, and hybrid trims have a 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine. Tranmission choices are between an 8-speed automatic transmission, and hybrids will use a CVT transmission. Standard for 2020 is the Co-Pilot 360 Assist System on all trims, which includes lane keep assist, blind spot warning, forward collision mitigation with pedestrian prevention and driver alert. Other standard safety features include post-crash alert system, 7 airbags, tire pressure monitoring and stability control. Infotainment systems come with either a 4.2-inch screen on the S trim or an 8-inch touchscreen on all other trims. The Escape is all new for 2020.
