The Hyundai Sonata Plug-in Hybrid is a five-passenger sedan that offers the ability to drive in all-electric, or gasoline-electric modes. A hybrid system such as this eliminates range anxiety while maximizing efficiency and flexibility. The Sonata Plug-In Hybrid is powered by a 2.0-liter direct-injected four-cylinder engine and powerful electric motor that combine to produce 202-hp while the six-speed automatic transmission sends power to the wheels. Trim specific standard equipment include 17-inch aluminum wheels, LED daytime running lights, heated front seats, automatic dual-zone climate control, SiriusXM satellite radio, 9 Infinity speakers, Bluetooth, a 7- or 8-inch touchscreen display, and Blue Link Guidance turn-by-turn navigation.
