Overview

The Honda Passport is a powerful crossover SUV, engineered for quality and durability, as well as high levels of functionality and comfort. It features unit body construction and a fully independent suspension, designed to provide a more car-like driving experience with crisp, predictable handling and a smooth ride. The Passport offers a 5-passenger configuration with three trim levels on the front-wheel drive: Sport, EX-L and Touring while the four-wheel drive includes those trims but also offers an Elite trim. All trim levels feature a 280-hp 3.5-liter V6 engine and nine-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. The Sport starts with 20-inch aluminum wheels, tri-zone automatic climate control, Bluetooth wireless phone/audio streaming, LED fog lights, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning and Collision Mitigation Braking System. The EX-L trims add a power liftgate, power moonroof, heated exterior mirrors, heated front seats with memory for driver seat, power passenger seat, leather upholstery, SiriusXM satellite HD radio, 8-inch touchscreen, Android Auto/Apple CarPlay and HondaLink. Touring adds illuminated front cup holders, navigation system with voice recognition, HD digital traffic display and front and rear parking sensors. The Elite completes the lineup and gets exclusive premium features that include wireless phone charger, rain detecting wipers, power-folding, auto-dimming side mirrors, heated steering wheel and heated and cooled front seats. For 2019, the Honda Passport is a complete redesign.
