Overview

The Legacy is Subaru's full-time all-wheel drive entry in the hotly contended midsize sedan segment. With the roomiest interior, best fuel economy and longest list of amenities in the Legacy's long history, the new refined Legacy adds comfort and luxury to your trip, whether it be on-road or off. The Legacy is powered by one of two engines a 175-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder or a 256-hp 3.6-liter six-cylinder both mated to a six-speed CVT transmission. Trim specific standard equipment includes 17- or 18-inch aluminum wheels, heated mirrors, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, SiriusXM satellite radio, Bluetooth, an 8-inch touchscreen display, Aha internet access, real-time traffic display, STARLINK emergency SOS and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity. Safety features such as eight airbags, a rear view camera, stability control and 4-wheel anti-lock brakes with brake assist and hill hold control are standard. The Sport and Limited trims add LED front fog lights, turn signal indicators in the mirrors and a power sunroof while the Limited trims get heated rear seats, leather upholstery, 12 harman/kardon speakers, a 576W amplifier and a forward and rear collision warning system as standard equipment. The Legacy upgrades the display screen to 8-inches and adds Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity for 2018.
