Overview

The Expedition is Ford's largest utility vehicle and can easily compete for the most space while accommodating eight passengers. When equipped with four-wheel drive, the Expedition can get you there whether the road is dry, wet, snowy, or even when there's hardly any road at all. The Expedition is available as a 4x2 or a 4x4 in four trims: XL, XLT, Limited and Platinum. The Expedition is powered by a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine mated to a ten-speed automatic transmission that's capable of 375- to 400-hp. Trim specific standard equipment includes 17- 18- 20- or 22-inch aluminum wheels, auto-dimming rear view mirror, cruise control, Bluetooth, AppleLink/Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, satellite radio, SYNC 3, heated mirrors, remote keyless entry and a security system. Available safety equipment includes six airbags, 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, electronic stability control with anti-roll, brake assist, low tire pressure warning, BLIS Blind Spot Information System, Cross Traffic Alert, LED fog lights, rear camera and MyKey restricted driving mode. The Ford Expedition was completely redesigned for 2018.
