Overview

The Volvo S60 Inscription is an extended wheelbase version of the S60 sedan with over 3-inches of additional legroom. More passenger space combined with outstanding luxury, performance and a long list of safety features have created a competitive addition to the luxury car market. For 2017 Volvo no longer offers the five-cylinder engine. The S60 Inscription is available as a front-wheel or all-wheel drive T5 and T5 Platinum. All trims include a Volvo Drive-E engine, a direct-injection turbocharged 240-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine matched with an 8-speed Geartronic automatic transmission and Start/Stop technology. Standard equipment includes dynamic stability traction control (DSTC) with advanced stability control, and corner traction control with torque vectoring. Safety features include City Safety, whiplash protection front headrests (WHIPS), anti-lock brakes, and six airbags. Power moonroof, leather upholstery, Sirius satellite radio, Volvo Sensus infotainment system, Bluetooth with audio streaming, and a navigation system are standard. Available equipment includes an upgraded premium audio system, rear seat entertainment system with dual DVD players, and xenon high-intensity headlights with washers. Volvos' commitment to safety includes available features such as park assist, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, collision warning with full auto brake, driver alert, active high beam, and road sign information. The Volvo S60 Inscription sedan is a carryover for the 2017 model year and there is now one standard powerteam.
