2017 MINI Countryman Cooper S 4dr All-Wheel Drive ALL4 Sport Utility

Overview

The MINI Countryman is the largest vehicle in the MINI line-up and looks to offer compact crossover flexibility and space in a unique MINI way. The four-door Countryman is available in two different trims, both available as front-wheel or all-wheel drive models: the Cooper with a 134-hp turbocharged 1.5-liter inline three-cylinder engine, the Cooper S with a direct-injection, 189-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter engine. All trims are mated to a six-speed manual, with the FWD Cooper S using a standard eight-speed automatic transmission, with the six-speed manual as an option. The front-wheel drive Cooper comes with an optional six-speed automatic, with the ALL4 variants offering an optional eight-speed automatic transmission. Standard safety equipment includes eight airbags, electronic traction and stability control and anti-lock brakes. A wide variety of interior trim materials and colors are available, as well as features such as xenon headlights, panoramic sunroof, sport suspension, Dynamic Traction Control, parking sensors, satellite radio, MINI Connected, and Bluetooth. For 2017, the Countryman has been completely redesigned.
