Overview

Jaguar's all-new XE reintroduces the manufacturer into the competitive compact sports sedan segment. With an aluminum intensive body, sporty suspension, and smart styling, the XE appears a worthy contender. The XE is offered in Base, Premium, Prestige, and R-Sport trims. A 180-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel four-cylinder, 240-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline four-cylinder, or 340-hp 3.0-liter supercharged V6 is paired with an eight-speed transmission depending on the trim selected. Rear-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive available. All XE models are equipped with an 8-inch touch-screen display, power moonroof, Intelligent Stop-Start, InControl Remote, and Automatic Speed Limiter. Some of the available features are impressive driver aids that include; Blind Spot Monitor with Closing Vehicle Sensing and Reverse Traffic Detection, Traffic Sign Recognition, Adaptive Cruise Control, Intelligent Emergency Braking, and a Park Assist system. The Jaguar XE is a new model for 2017.
