Overview

The Buick Envision is a small SUV that is well-equipped and luxurious. Equipped with a powerful turbocharged engine, six-speed auto transmission, and a lengthy list of driver aids and safety features as well as a comfortable interior the Envision is a refined choice. New for 2017 the Envision is available with front-wheel drive as well as Base, Preferred, and Essence trims in addition to the two Premium trims. The front-wheel or all-wheel drive Envision is now available in five trims, Base, Preferred, Essence, Premium I and Premium II depending on model. Depending on model the power team is either a new 197-hp 2.5-liter inline-4 or a 252-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine. Both are coupled with six-speed automatic transmissions. Standard safety features include 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, electronic stability and traction control systems, OnStar, and ten airbags. Standard equipment includes 18-inch alloy wheels, Bluetooth wireless connectivity, IntelliLink audio system with 8-inch color touch screen, dual-zone climate control, front fog lamps, and heated front seats. Available features include Forward Collision Warning, lane departure and blind spot warning, rear collision alert, 19-inch alloy wheels, a navigation system, panoramic moonroof, ventilated front seats, leather seating surfaces, adaptive cruise control, surround vision, driver seat memory, Bose audio system, and heated steering wheel. The 2017 Buick Envision is a carryover but adds a front-wheel drive model, a new powerteam, and a couple of new trims.
