Overview

The Volkswagen e-Golf is a pure electric compact German four-door hatchback. A 24.2 kWh lithium-ion battery pack provides an estimated 70-90 mile range and can be charges in as little as 4 hours with a dedicated 240V charger. Notable standard features include LED headlights, rearview camera with front and rear park distance control, keyless access with push-button start, heated seats, leather steering wheel and shift knob, touch-screen navigation audio system with satellite radio. Standard safety features include electronic stability control, traction control, four wheel anti-lock disc brakes, six airbags, active front head restraints, and hill assist control. The e-Golf is new for 2015.
