Overview

The Subaru WRX is a performance oriented four-door sport sedan. Flared fenders, hood scoop and a wider stance emphasize this cars very real performance credentials. The WRX is available in three trims: Base, Premium, Limited. A 268-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter horizontally opposed turbocharged four-cylinder engine sends power to all four wheels via a six-speed manual transmission (an eight-speed CVT is optional). Standard front seat mounted, and front and rear curtain airbags offer occupant protection. Standard anti-lock brakes with traction-control and stability-control help reign the chassis in while driving at the limit. Available features include heated seats, leather or Alcantara seating, power driver's seat, navigation and harman kardon audio. The WRX is all-new for 2015. 'Impreza' has been dropped from the naming convention. The hatch body-style is no longer offered.
