Overview

The Legacy is all-new for 2015 as Subaru's full-time all-wheel drive entry in the hotly contended midsize sedan segment. With the roomiest interior, best fuel economy and longest list of amenities in the Legacy's long history, the new refined Legacy adds comfort and luxury to your trip, whether it be on-road or off. The Legacy is available with a 175-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with a six-speed Lineartronic CVT transmission, or a 256-hp 3.6-liter six-cylinder with a six-speed high torque Lineartronic CVT transmission. Both CVT transmissions feature a manual mode with paddle shifters on the steering wheel. Standard safety features on all Legacy models include ten airbags including new front seat cushion airbags, vehicle stability and traction control systems, anti-lock brakes, active front head restraints, tire-pressure monitor and rear-vision camera. Available features include leather seating, a 576-watt twelve-speaker Harman/Kardon audio system, dual-zone automatic climate control, 18-inch wheels, heated rear seats and the EyeSight Driver Assist System. The Legacy is all-new for 2015.
