The new Silverado, redesigned for 2007, aims to continue its reputation among owners as the 'strongest, most dependable and longest lasting truck on the road.' The 2500HD is a quarter-ton full-size heavy duty pickup that attempts the same. A 353 horsepower, 6.0-liter, Vortec V-8 engine powers the rugged Silverado 2500HD, which like its counterparts, comes with a wide array of customization options, including a selection of flat bed sizes and cab sizes, as well as a variety of trim levels. Front air bags and four-wheel antilock disc brakes are standard. Redesigned for the last model year, the Silverado 2500HD carries over with little to no changes.
