Our spy photographer caught the Audi RS4 Avant during last-minute testing — way last-minute if, as some sources say, the car will be revealed next week at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
These photos show the front bumper design for the first time.
The wagon is said to have the 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 from the Porsche Panamera 4S, making 450 horsepower to the Panamera's 440. Torque is considerably higher at 446 pound-feet compared to the Panamera's 406. The Avant shares these numbers with the RS5 Coupe.
That makes for a haulin' wagon with a 0-to-62 mph time of less than 4 seconds and a top speed limited at 155 mph. Or, at 173 mph if you spring for a dynamic package from among a long and surely expensive list of options. We should know more in a few days.
