Question Of The Day: Feel bad about crushing a car?

Like any other consumer product, motor vehicles sometimes just get used up, and you can find yourself with a car or truck that isn't worth trying to sell. Perhaps you have been hoarding three-cylinder Geo Metros since the spike in fuel prices last decade, and now you're stuck with a bunch of beat-up tiny econoboxes while the Saudis flood the oil markets regardless of cost. Maybe you yanked the good stuff out of a parts car and need to dispose of the shell.

I've sent a fair number of vehicles to The Crusher, and haven't felt too bad about it... but maybe I should have tried harder to find new homes for them. How about you?
