The holiday season is upon us. And you know what that means: That's right, boys and girls – it's time for another Snowkhana video. Ford has been releasing these videos each December for four years now, recreating the magic of Ken Block's famous Gymkhana videos in miniature, with a healthy helping of some holiday cheer thrown in for good measure.
This fourth installment packs all you've come to expect, plus some welcome new additions. It centers, as per tradition, around a tiny version of Block's Ford Fiesta HFHV, accompanied by the usual reindeer, candy canes, and other festive accoutrements. The action is all rendered in stop-motion animation with the requisite Lego and Playmobil figures standing by. But this latest incarnation also throws in some Star Wars action, Minions, Buzz Lightyear doing his best Van Damme impression atop a couple of moving trucks, and best of all: Santa Claus drifting the new Ford Focus RS around the North Pole.
Not even jolly old Saint Nick is above the law, though, and soon finds himself trying to outrun the local fuzz... in hot pursuit, of course, in another Focus RS. It's festive Ford fun for the whole family, and it's less than three minutes long. So don your most hideous holiday sweater or favorite pair of footie pajamas, pour yourself a glass of nog (with or without your favorite brown spirits), and check out the latest action in the video above. Because the holiday season just wouldn't be the same without it.
