Every so often, celebrity cars come up for auction. Few vehicles, though, belong to an actor known for one of the most menacing, cruel, and ruthless individuals to ever appear on television. Charles Dance, best known for his role as Game of Thrones' Lord Tywin Lannister, is selling this 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible.

Dance bought the droptop Mustang in 2002, and according to Classic Car Auctions in the UK, it was used as a daily driver up until 2013, when it was treated to a full overhaul. It now has new floor pans and rear fenders, a fully rebuilt, 289-cubic-inch V8, and an updated braking system. Although Dance has owned this car since well before Game of Thrones hit the airwaves, it seems he channeled his character in picking out the repainted red-on-red color scheme, which is the obvious choice for the crimson-clad Lannisters.

According to the auction posting, the car hasn't been driven on public streets since its restoration, aside from the routine government testing to make it road legal. This super-clean, celebrity owned Mustang is expected to go for between 25,000 and 30,000 pounds (about $38,700 to $46,000, at today's rates). If you manage to pick it up, just remember to take good care of it – after all, a Lannister always pays his debts.
