Citroen adds C-Zero to MultiCity vehicle rental service

Citroën is now offering its battery-powered C-Zero through its MultiCity vehicle rental service. Prices range from €35 ($51 U.S. at the current exchange rate) for half a day to €140 ($205 U.S.) for a weekend of zero-emissions driving.

Currently, the C-Zero can be rented at six locations (Gare Montparnasse, Gare de Lyon and Gare du Nord train stations, Orly airport, Porte Maillot and Nanterre) in the Paris, France region. Eventually, Citroën will extend its MultiCity rental service to include additional locations in France.

According to Citroën, its MultiCity website has more than 4,000 registered members and logged in excess of 200,000 visitors in the month of May. Citroën launched its MultiCity rental service in early 2011.
