Verdek has just gained exclusive distribution rights in the South Central region of the U.S. for Coulomb Technologies ChargePoint networked charging stations. That means when you pull up in your electric vehicle somewhere in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma or Louisiana and are able to plug into a ChargePoint Smartlet, you can thank Guy Mannino.
When he left the famed tire company, the transplanted Italian, who still makes his home in Rome (Georgia, that is), had a desire to start a business that would bring clean and green products to market. With this latest deal, Mannino seems well on his way to achieving that goal.
