So what makes it RR of the Day material? Despite being born way back in 1984, this 22-year-old 50th Anniversary 300ZX has many forward thinking features including steering wheel-mounted radio and cruise controls, 3-way adjustable shocks, advanced trip computer and a digital climate control system. The 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 makes 200 horsepower, which made the 3,000 lb. coupe a standout performer in 1984 and allows it to keep up commendably well with sport coupes of today. And, to be honest, it's not exactly stock, as a previous owner had a thing for louvers (added to the headlights and side windows) and pinstriping.
Purchased for a scant $5,500 back in 1995, this example that's in near perfect condition with no rust and low miles could easily fetch above $8,000 today.
