Tee-hee. Anyone who has ever been wronged by an officer of the law can't help but let a chuckle escape after seeing this photo of a police cruiser stuck up to its steel wheels in wet concrete. The officer in control (or not) was chasing a van that had entered a closed construction lane on Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania. Though quick-drying cement incapacitated this cruiser before the officer could switch lanes, you should see the other guy. He crashed his van farther up the road and tried to flee on foot, but was then hit by a semi-truck and taken by medivac to a nearby hospital. Tee-hee.
