Hold that shovel! Kia's prez can't make groundbreaking ceremony

State officials in Georgia are mighty excited to crack open mother earth to make way for a $1.2 billion plant in the city of West Point. The groundbreaking ceremony was to be held on April 26 but has since been postponed due to Kia’s president inability to attend. Prosecutors in South Korea have banned Kia’s commander in chief from leaving the country pending an investigation into his involvement in a bribery scandal.
