NASCAR has completed interlocking eight-year U.S. TV deals with Fox, Turner (TNT), and ABC/ESPN worth a combined $4.48 billion.

The deals take affect with the 2007 season. Nextel Cup races will be covered by Fox for the first 13 races of the season, including the Daytona 500. TNT takes the next 6 races, with ESPN/ABC covering the final 17 races. All of the 10 Chase for the Nextel Cup races will air on ABC.

ABC, ESPN and ESPN2 will cover the Busch Series. SPEED will air all but two (on FOX) Craftsman Truck Series races. SPEED covers the All-Star Challenge.

The previous six-year TV deal was worth $2.8 billion, and major rights-holder NBC decided not to renew, saying that the return didn't justify the price.
