The website Wheels24 is reporting that Hyundai has a hat hatch up its sleeve for the Frankfurt Motor Show based on the Accent. Called the Accent SR, this new pocket rocket will reportedly be a three-door model with a 2.0L turbo four-cylinder engine. This is also good news for North American, on account of Hyundai's past decision to begin selling the once Euro-only Elantra GT in the U.S. with little modification. Also, considering Hyundai's success and experience in rally racing, the know-how is there to build a small-displacement, high-horsepower motor that's reliable enough for daily abuse.
