Why do they insist to drag NASCAR (or any other motorsports) drivers into situations that just set them up for embarrassment? Jeff Gordon threw out the first pitch at the Cubs baseball game last night and led the crowd in singing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" to many annoyed fans. Gordon will not win any American Idol competitions with his voice plus he couldn't remember any of the words after "ballgame." We also heard that he called it "Wrigley Stadium", a sure-fire way to get on the bad side of Cubs fans. Let them wear products on their firesuits and smile but allow them to have their own personality and to do what they do best – race.
