Porsche 911 Carrera 4 exposed

Porsche has popped the lid on the 2006 all-wheel-drive Carrera 4 and it comes in two flavors: either a spicy 3.6-liter flat six with 325 hp with 0-60 mph times in 4.9 seconds, or a smoking 4S with the 3.8-liter six with 355 hp with 0-60 acceleration in 4.6 seconds. Visually, the 4's get wider rear fenders to house the bigger 305/30 ZR 19's. The all-wheel-drive system can shift from 5 to 40 percent of the engine's power to the front wheels when needed. Base prices are $77,100 for the Carrera 4 and $87,100 for the Carrera 4S.
