No motion for e=motion

A British team came to America to beat the current speed record for an electric car. The little yellow rocket was ready to break the 300 mph mark and would have too, if they could start it. The car suffered three straight days of electrical gremlins leading the team to abandon the run when their permit ran out. The team will return next year for the 300 mph run. A pair of industrial motors and 52 batteries that can churn out about 500 horsepower powers the Ticonderoga No. 2
look alike.
