We think after the hundredth try, you lose the privilege. A man in South Korea has spent 5 years of his life try to get his license. The funny thing is, he's failing the written test. After 271 tries, wouldn't you have every question memorized? The 69-year-old was actually battling illiteracy and only could apply for his license after the oral test was introduced.
